Spring has sprung, but it’s only official once the Career and Technical Center @ Courthouse holds their annual plant sale and spring festival!
The Spring Festival takes place Friday, April 17 from 2-5 p.m. and Saturday, April 18 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at the CTC@Courthouse campus at 10101 Courthouse Rd. Chesterfield, VA 23832.
Visit the festival to purchase more than 15 varieties of hot and sweet peppers and more than ten varieties of heirloom, hybrid, and cherry tomatoes. All food starts are raised using organic production methods. Hanging plants and bedding plants such as geraniums complement the Mother’s Day cards that the digital arts students will have for sale.
On Saturday, at 10 a.m. the baking and pastry students will open the bake shop to sell sumptuous farm-to-table deli fare, baked goods and more.
All proceeds benefit Career and Technical Center programs. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted. Credit card use will incur a service fee. For questions or more information, call 804-768-6160 ext. 1037.
